This was apparently written by Barry Gibbs, but in one search result, Olivier Newton-John gets a mention, also the Gibbs Brothers. I thought that maybe they recorded it together but cannot find a reference or video.
However, I find it amusing that for a song and presentation that I love and really moves me, I see from the search that other’s tastes do not go there:
