The GOLDEN RULE 
In court documents filed with the 9th District Court of Appeals, they claim that Lorain County Common Pleas Judge James Burge didn’t have the authority to acquit them. The State of Ohio wants Nancy and Joseph back in prison. It’s not about truth. It has nothing to do with justice. It’s about winning, and maintaining every win at all costs. UPDATE: 1/29/11 – Ohio Supreme Court reinstates Nancy Smith’s conviction, orders her returned to prison .
