This is a new aspect of heart disease issues. It is important that, without actually stressing about the possible re-occurrence, which will make it more likely, one needs to assume the ‘worst’ and endeavour to at least delay the re-occurrence. To do better and reverse the process is worth a lot of research and follow-up.

At least calcium was listed as a contributor to the plaque that builds up in the artery. Have you done your research into vitamin K supplementation? This supplement assists calcium to go into the bones where it belongs, rather than into the artery lining. Do the research as there are ‘types’ of K and one is much better than the other. Life Extension is usually a good reference point to seek information. We buy from them.
