2012 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Making this public is my way of saying thanks to all readers, followers and commenters for creating these results. They justify to me the value of publishing all the material that is important to me and what I believe is important to our civilization in general.

Certainly what I have created is fulfilling and also projects my existence outside of myself. These factors are important, but reader response, even criticism makes the blog complete.’

Sincere thanks and very best wishes to you all for the New Year. I have many doubts about the chance of it being happy for a great many people worldwide. It would be great to be wrong about that.

Here’s an excerpt:

4,329 films were submitted to the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. This blog had 17,000 views in 2012. If each view were a film, this blog would power 4 Film Festivals

  1. I Pray for a Happy New Year Ken, and both thank and congratulate you on the work you have done presenting issues you felt very strongly about. Here is hoping you will continue in this vein.

  2. Thanks Clare! Happy New Year to your family. Thanks for your encouragement and your prayers for all. More than anytime in my experience, prayers are desperately needed to reverse the damage being done to civilization in the name of “democracy” and “climate change”.
Even appropriate, I think, to say “God Help Us”!
