This is obviously a potentially serious matter.
Let us hope that the occasion will not arise, although it seems probable that it is only a matter of time.
As for other countries absorbing millions of “refugees”, major issues would apply whichever the country.
Two concerns – Firstly that the US does the right thing by their own people and relocates as many as possible within their own, still remaining, vast area; secondly that any Americans sent here do not bring about any financial burdens on our own people but are fully financed in all regards by the US.

FEAR that Earth’s atmosphere might be ignited accidentally in the chaos of August 1945, when:

3. Stalin’s USSR troops captured Japan’s facility and took scientists and technicians to Russia; and

FRIGHTENED world leaders into taking totalitarian control of humans by:
5. Uniting Nations on 24 Oct 1945; and
6. Hiding the source of energy in cores of heavy atoms, some planets, ordinary stars and galaxies; and

With precise experimental data on one side and all the world’s political power on the other, the only viable solution to the current stand-off may be a diplomatic introduction of world leaders to the Creator and Sustainer of life at the core of the Sun.

I doubt if America could deal with a disaster of that magnitude. Remember how organized when Katrina blew through… and they are still recovering from in New Orleans.
