Of course, all incidents might turn out to be just and fair. That would, however, fly in the face of current evidence of what happens in many other countries.

Individuals suspected of having a serious contagious disease could face five years in prison if they defy orders to stay at home – including forced vaccinations, searches without a warrant and more – according to new legislation passed into Australian law.
The Biosecurity Bill 2014 cleared parliament yesterday, and is aimed at ‘preventing’ the spread of diseases, such as Ebola, in human populations and agriculture, despite having no confirmed cases of the outbreak in Australia.
The government expects the human control orders to be ‘seldom used’, but believes they are important to manage serious communicable diseases, especially in light of the recent Ebola epidemic.
New human biosecurity control orders enable a health department official to force anyone with signs or symptoms of a listed disease to isolate themselves or face arrest.

The GOLDEN RULE 
If you’re forced into quarantine, how can you get out to prove you aren’t diseased?
Beware whistleblowers, dissidents or anyone the government just doesn’t like! They even may go after you, Ken, for having this blog!
Also, who’s to say they won’t infect you in the first place? With all the nano/microbots they’re developing, the people will never know what nefarious purposes they’ll be use for.
Just look at the smart meter experiment – they’re finding out who is more sensitive to blasts of non-ionizing radiation, probably taking blood from those who complain and go to their doctors looking for treatment, then secretly analysing the blood to find out why those people can sense the so-called ‘small’ extra dose of radiation. I’m sure they’re figuring out a way to use whichever gene or DNA that makes those people more aware to make all people sensitive so that they can infect more people so the masses will be easily controlled using pain weaponry.
We know they have directed energy weaponry.
