Is Sugar Falsely Getting A Bad Rap?

Sugar, as most people think of sugar, is actually a very different product than sugar in the raw. Many people wouldn’t even recognize raw sugar if they came across it in the wild. It looks a lot like bamboo, and like bamboo, it is actually considered a type of grass – called sugarcane. Our palates love the sweet taste of sugar, and physiologically this makes sense since our primary source of energy comes from glucose. Without energy, there is no survival. For that reason, natural sugarcane has been used for thousands of years as a natural source of energy by many cultures.

Were all these early cultures just naïve as to the negative health effects of this giant sweet grass, and only now in modern times we have uncovered the dark secrets of this plant? Or is it possible that we are the ones who are naïve?

It is the simple act of respiration. That’s right – breathing! Believe it or not, there are different ways to breathe, which have different effects on the body and our health. But let’s just take a look at two. Nose breathing which induces relaxation, calm, and improves health, and the other mouth breathing, which most of us do by default, because of the lives we lead, which contributes to many health concerns like elevated blood pressure and an increase in resting heart rate.

This interesting post by Celeste McGovern on ‘GreenMedInfo‘ introduces evidence of another negative aspect of vaccines, not usually highlighted or so intensely presented, but seemingly important!

The research is hard to ignore, vaccines can trigger autoimmunity with a laundry list of diseases to follow. With harmful and toxic metals as some vaccine ingredients, who is susceptible and which individuals are more at risk?

No one would accuse Yehuda Shoenfeld of being a quack. The Israeli clinician has spent more than three decades studying the human immune system and is at the pinnacle of his profession. You might say he is more foundation than fringe in his specialty; he wrote the textbooks. The Mosaic of Autoimmunity, Autoantibodies, Diagnostic Criteria in Autoimmune Diseases, Infection and Autoimmunity, Cancer and Autoimmunity – the list is 25 titles long and some of them are cornerstones of clinical practice. Hardly surprising that Shoenfeld has been called the “Godfather of Autoimmunology” – the study of the immune system turned on itself in a wide array of diseases from type 1 diabetes to ulcerative colitis and multiple sclerosis.

But something strange is happening in the world of immunology lately and a small evidence of it is that the Godfather of Autoimmunology is pointing to vaccines – specifically, some of their ingredients including the toxic metal aluminum – as a significant contributor to the growing global epidemic of autoimmune diseases. The bigger evidence is a huge body of research that’s poured in in the past 15 years, and particularly in the past five years. Take for example, a recent article published in the journal Pharmacological Research in which Shoenfeld and colleagues issue unprecedented guidelines naming four categories of people who are most at risk for vaccine-induced autoimmunity.

“On one hand,” vaccines prevent infections which can trigger autoimmunity, say the paper’s authors, Alessandra Soriano, of the Department of Clinical Medicine and Rheumatology at the Campus Bio-Medico University in Rome, Gideon Nesher, of the Hebrew University Medical School in Jerusalem and Shoenfeld, founder and head of the Zabludowicz Center of Autoimmune Diseases in the Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer. He is also editor of three medical journals and author of more than 1,500 research papers across the spectrum of medical journalism and founder of the International Congress on Autoimmunology. “On the other hand, many reports that describe post-vaccination autoimmunity strongly suggest that vaccines can indeed trigger autoimmunity. Defined autoimmune diseases that may occur following vaccinations include arthritis, lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE) diabetes mellitus, thrombocytopenia, vasculitis, dermatomyosiositis, Guillain-Barre syndrome and demyelinating disorders. Almost all types of vaccines have been reported to be associated with the onset of ASIA.”

Dr. Jayne Donegan’s Story – Vaccines Aren’t Necessary To Achieve Health

This post by Anna Rodgers, ‘Collective Evolution‘, presents a convincing argument that  “official” information and directives about vaccines falls far short of  being ‘factual’ and ‘complete’.

There are so many aspects of the vaccine scenario that lack scientific and ethical validity, raising many valid questions, some of them are covered by this article.

One of her contributions covers health as a vital part of natural immunity responses. This leads to two comments. 1. Unhealthy people are more susceptible to all diseases, therefore the argument for vaccines can be stronger. On the other hand, unhealthy people, children in particular, are more susceptible to adverse reactions from vaccines. A very pertinent argument. 2. Dr Donegan  is a professional, practicing homeopathic medicine and so has a vested interest. Her beliefs are obviously motivation for her publicizing her own story, as is the case for every author, including Anna Rodgers.  I accept that motivations can often result in “bent” evidence, this is purely case relevant – does not apply in all cases. In all cases, it is essential to consider the evidence on its own merits.

Here, I believe, we have authentic evidence, very strong support against mandatory vaccinations without considering necessity, efficacy and the risks of adverse reactions.

Ukraine and the UNSC: Spread of Total Lies

This quote is related to the presenting of this post because there certainly are lies being told, either by the authorities or by the “alternative” information sources on the internet.

Maybe we should be talking about the ‘boldest’ lie, maybe that is what is really meant anyway.

Maybe it is the source of the lie that is the influence in believing lies. The bigger and more powerful the ‘liar’, the more people believe it.

In searching this quote, which by the way, is attributed to Hitler, an interesting aspect arises from one person’s answer to the above particular question. It highlights the difference between answers that are logical and unbiased, and those that are based on propaganda.

“Best Answer: Absolutely he was right, but only for people who lack intellectual curiosity and tend to follow the teachings of others. There are examples of this today:

1. Belief that JFK was killed as a part of massive conspiracy. Serious scholars that have investigated this claim have found it to be an enormous lie appealing to the uneducated masses who tend to believe that EVERYTHING that seems complicated must have been done by a governmental conspiracy.”

What if the ‘official’ story of Lee Harvey Oswald being the sole, independent assassin is actually the big lie? Believed by people who “lack intellectual curiosity and tend to follow the teachings of others.”

If other people present never-ending compelling evidence that the official story is a lie, because THEY  do NOT lack intellectual curiosity and do NOT tend to follow the teachings of others.”, is their opinion likely to be a lie?

Lastly, consider the motivation for the lie, given that one story or the other, has to be so. It is obvious that a lie like “JFK was killed by a single assassin” or “Ukraine is being devastated because of Russian driven terrorism” has enormous associated political support and ‘justification’ so to speak. On the other hand, revelations by impartial sources, of conspiracies  are not motivated by any gain other than the desire for truth.  To name these as lies and liars lacks credibility and is an insult to those who do have intellectual curiosity and ability, and are who are capable of thinking for themselves as distinct from following the “teachings” of others.

What follows below is from  ‘nsnbc’ by Alexander Mezyaev (SCF).

The March 6 session of the United Nations Security Council devoted to Ukraine shows that the information war against Russia is in full swing. The weapon used by Russia’s adversaries is total lie. 

The Ukraine’s media outlets inform that the Russian troops continue to advance attacking Ukrainian security forces. Residential areas and state buildings come under sporadic shelling. (1) Yuriy Sergeyev, the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations, said Debaltseve was attacked not by «insurgents», but rather by Russia-supported mercenaries and Russian troops. The current Ukrainian government never even tried to explain why it outright violated or not fully complied with the Minsk agreements. How to answer the question why Ukraine hampers humanitarian supplies coming from Russia?

Yuriy Sergeev sounded ridiculous saying the Russian aid was… an international crime. Then he switched over into attacking mode to avoid explanations. According to him, rescuers wanted to save Donbass miners but were prevented by merciless rebels. (2) Ukraine simply creates a parallel reality. The West also resorts to lies. Heidi Tagliavini, the special envoy of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, said that the cease-fire came into effect to be violated by rebels to capture Debaltseve what led to further bloodshed and devastation. (3) Ertugrul Apakan, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine, says the same thing. Addressing the United Nations Security Council he said the rebels advanced near Debaltseve after the cease-fire came into effect in violation of spirit and letter of Minsk agreements. (4)
