This article by Lisa Haven, ‘FourWinds10’, highlights a very important new world agenda invoking depopulation as a priority.
There remains little doubt that the agenda exists, the evidence is clearly indicated and discussed in the article.
It is put into action using various methods, some of them strongly supported as not detrimental by many persons and organizations, but nevertheless the real truth is discernible in all cases and quite obvious in some.
Depopulation is an admitted goal of several people and organizations and is accompanied by other attacks on humanity in general including regime change, financial control, health issues and out-and-out war on citizens. All are common elements of a New World Order and government establishment, many posts on this and like blogs provide convincing evidence of this being true.

This shocking video has just surfaced on the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Website. What astonishes me about the video is the fact that it openly promotes depopulation and further states that they are taking actions to prevent more people from populating the earth. Then they show images of bombs and chaos. I believe you’ll find the promotion of such a video frightening!
The only positive I see in the video is the fact that the government is now openly admitting their agenda to kills thousands-to-millions of people. Why they think that is acceptable is beyond me.
(Note: Obviously the DIA does help us to a point, I just tend to question why they would produce such a video about population being a issue they have to handle)

# 1: GMO’s (Genetically Modified Organisms)
Ever wonder why China, Russia, and about 60 other countries require labeling of GMO, but America does not? Every question why GMO’s are allowed on the shelves when they have been known to lead to the development of tumors and cancer in humans? #2: Chemtrails (Geoengineering)
By now everyone has witnessed streaks of white trailing across the sky, stretching from horizon to horizon, ultimately turning the skies into a murky haze. We can no longer ignore the fact that our skies are being heavily polluted with aluminum, barium, lead, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium, and silver.
#3. Fluoride in the Water
Fluoride is a highly toxic substance. Consider, for example, the poison warning labels the FDA requires on toothpastes sold in the US; or the extended use of fluorination in pesticides used to kill rats and insects; or the millions of people in China and India who now suffer crippling bone diseases from fluorinated drinking water.
#4: HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program)
HAARP is supposedly used to determine how the ionosphere, or the upper layers of the atmosphere, affect radio signals, with the ultimate goal of developing more advanced radio communication technology. However, we all know that’s a load of crap!
#5: Vaccines
Countless testimonies of children having adverse reactions to vaccinations abound across the country. Mothers have painfully witnessed their child’s countenance change upon vaccine injection; only to find out autism has taken over their body.
Considering the elite have long enforced injection of these “death shots” on the populace, knowing full well the effects it has on the population, only leads me to believe it is once again a plan of depopulation.
While reports continue to claim vaccines prevent disease, they fail to report the adverse side effects including: death, cancer, autism, and more.

Regretfully, I agree that world leaders are insane – completely out of touch with reality.

2. Birthed the solar system

They and their colleagues are fools that threaten the very survival of all mankind.
The tally here is good. Lets ad some depth to our understanding. It accounts for GMO radiated foods, and the attacks against organic food, naturopathic medicines, & even grass fed animals are part of this. Even these such as cattle, consume unbelievable amounts of aluminum from the grass. All part of codex alimentarius. The inability to use food that can actually sustain life. All part of global harmonization of WTO trade rules & Agenda 21. Geoengineering means only seeds of the GMO type will survive conditions. There are 29 feedback loops effecting the altered plasma environment.
The top 3 yards of water generate oxygen attacked by radiation dumping over the last 50 years in all oceans & especially now. Rad counts per minute or CPM have ratings severity being altered once sustained over 3 months. 30 cpm is background. 50 is abnormal, 100 is alert, 300 is evac & hazmat procedures. In the USA, here are real time conditions. Conn. avg 303, Nebraska high 420 low 185. N Carolina 500 high 326 low, Colorado 449 high 179 low, Georgia 366 high 241 low, Arizona 421 high 219 low. Now….combine this with bioenergetics & psycoenergetics. The bio mode matches any disease frequency to overload the immune system to cause induction regionally, or using the zigby network, a T I. (targeted individual). Zigby is the chip in all manufactured appliances to direct a side band frequency to an individual in any place in any room of any building where the appliances are located. (EG: wifi ). Now… in addition, lets say you want the hidden Russian sleepers (these blend well with the general pop unlke Chinese) to start a revolution in the heartland of America. Aside from leading the aggressive behaviour in peaceful protestors, you use psycoenergetics. Those with Morgellons have the (nano receptor array) Think of this a an internal HAARP inside the brain since this passes the blood/brain barrier. It has communication capability to be monitored unto completion. These use minerals of the body to self assemble, not only using the electromagnetic frequencies of the body itself but by frequency pollution of the internal & external environment.
Psyco energetics was displayed in Gulf 1 causing mass surrender. These were seasoned troops. This mode is so powerful, a US pilot ( in great shape mentally disciplined) on a jog, was attacked. He was armed, and was so controlled beyond the instinct for self preservation, he managed to stab himself so many times he went beyond the physical capability of going into shock, to continue to stab himself until he died.
Result; Mass separation of the population from the knowledge of who & what they are. The focal point here is to seal off the pineal gland & comprehension of dual nature as being in the physical AND in the spiritual. Once you are cut off from the spiritual connection to G-d, this is replaced by technologically recreated perception of reality as we understand it to be, using all means there are. Education, science, politics, etc…. The masses are dumbed down to the level of the middle ages. Rampant ignorance, very short life span, Total enviro monitoring within the extremely densely populated very large & very few remaining cities left, after everyone is released from the FEMA death camps. The economy will have reverted into all activity with total monitoring from everything from smart dust, to the chip implants.
What the vast majority of so-called insiders have missed, is that this “mark of the beast” will arrive by the results from the coming airborne plagues. Avian flu, swine flu, both are formerly used representatives of the sacrifices of past civilizations. Swine are a DNA combination of wild boar and human beings. Eat pork, and you are participating in cannibalism, albeit unknowingly. The avian flu as it represents the feathered serpent god. This is the fallen angel avatar inside the physical body of the mixed blood person, like all those of the 13 families who run the planet for the fallen angels with satan at the top of the pyramid. The vaccines also alter the DNA making you subject to these flu’s, if you survive the results of the adjuvants. Once the plague is released, you can be sent to the death camp for cross contamination right into a body bag. Those who survive are altered already by vaccine into a modern version of the TRODLADIKE CAVE MAN by comparison to those with the normal healthy body & spiritual intimate relationship with the son of man by the indwelling of the Holy spirit, and bearing fruit and his gifts. Now ready for eternal death, since you can no longer connect to G-d because your DNA is unchangeably altered.
AFTER the catching up of the body of Christ, the Holy spirit is removed from the earth & those who remain are eternally demonized & cannot physically die. By technology you are totally monitored as well. The gold & silver people hoard will do no good in the end. It’s only for trading between the collapse and the enforcement of the mark of the beast system. This will come once the world is witness on mass media, the results of the blood test. The blood has already been removed from the western side of the mercy seat of the ark of the covenant, found in 1982 by the now deceased real Indiana Jones, Mr. Ron Wyatt.
