Measles and Vaccines – some comments.

Measles cases jump as travellers and unvaccinated children hit

“The number of people being diagnosed with measles in Australia hit a 16-year-high in 2014, as scores of travellers brought the potentially fatal disease into the country and unvaccinated children fell victim to it.

Health department data shows a total of 340 measles cases were recorded in Australia during the year, the highest number since 1998. The rate of measles cases also peaked in 2014, with about 15 cases for every million people in Australia.

While numbers are a fraction of those recorded in the1990s, National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System figures show there were just 10 cases in 2005, the best year on record.

A couple of thoughts on this issue include the somewhat similar occurrence in the US which has incited a full-scale war on citizens who criticize indiscriminate vaccinations, leading to legislation to remove any non-medical exemptions for refusing vaccinations. In that instance there is much reason to argue the validity of the particular measles incident as a legitimate basis for such draconian measures.

In this instance, were “scores of travellers” the major cause of these outbreaks? Later we come to the “potentially fatal” remark. Did only “unvaccinated children” become affected? Insufficient evidence available  to answer these questions but they need to be answered.

Who’s the bigger threat when it comes to spreading infectious disease: the vaccinated or the unvaccinated? If you listen to the mainstream media, unvaccinated children are the archetypal lepers of the modern age, a societal scourge responsible for all disease and the only real obstacle to peace on earth.

But if you can wade through all this mindless propaganda, you’ll discover that vaccinated children are the real danger, at least when it comes to disease spread. So much for “potentially fatal”. Political brainwashing! In reality, zero deaths from measles in more than 10 years?  108 VAERS reported (?substantially under-reported) vaccine-related  deaths in the same time, is scientific information, failure to mention that, is political!

Now it seems that this type of public control by the government is surfacing in Australia.

Well, I support those who are offended by this attack on civil liberties, not only in principle, but because there is so much legitimate evidence that there is insufficient justification for such policies, reasons to suggest that there are real political agendas involved and evidence to suggest that the claimed health benefits are not achievable, even possibly negative rather than positive.

This is the area that should be researched and the results heeded instead of trying the impossible: to eradicate infectious diseases.

Approaching childhood diseases with common sense and wisdom.

The already quoted large group of Swiss doctors that formed a working committee questioning the Swiss’ Health Department’s policy of mass vaccination with the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine, wrote that up to 1969, at the Basel University Paediatric Clinic, artificial infection with measles was used to treat successfully the nephrotic syndrome (Albonico et al. 1990).

This is a huge issue with so many aspects, for and against and probably neutral. Sufficient reason to consider all these aspects instead of immaturely honing in on politically desired outcomes. Absolutely insufficient justification for mandatory vaccinations because there are too many adverse factors.

Not to be forgotten is that statistics can mislead either deliberately or not. Each country has different environmental health standards and conditions, food, water, sanitation, health education etc. . Often the use of global averages are worse than useless, and again, unscientific.

If the subject of adverse reactions is also considered, the argument for caution and for a clearly independent scientific approach is extremely strong and just.

When Major TJ “King” Kong goes “toe to toe with the Rooskies” and flies his rogue B52 nuclear bomber to a target in Russia, it’s left to General “Buck” Turgidson to reassure the president. Strike first, says the general, and “you got no more than 10-20 million killed, tops”. President Merkin Muffley: “I will not go down in history as the greatest mass murderer since Adolf Hitler.” General Turgidson: “Perhaps it might be better, Mr President, if you were more concerned with the American people than with your image in the history books.”

The genius of Stanley Kubrick’s film is that it accurately represents the cold war’s lunacy and dangers.

What is certain is that Barack Obama’s rapacious, reckless coup in Ukraine has ignited a civil war and Vladimir Putin is being lured into a trap.

Worried About Clogged Arteries? Drink This.

I’ve finally acquired the full version of the study and am now excited to report on its implications in greater depth to help raise awareness about the power of pomegranate to heal the body, and I believe, save millions lives from premature death from heart disease.

The most eye-opening line in the abstract reveals why our original report on the study, How To Clean Your Arteries With One Simple Fruit, received over 500,000 social media shares:

“Pomegranate juice consumption resulted in a significant IMT [intima media thickness] reduction, by up to 30%, after 1 year.”

We shouldn’t be that surprised at how great an interest there is among the masses in safe, delicious, and affordable drug alternatives that have the power to unclog arteries? Certainly the drugs aren’t working, with the most popular class — cholesterol-lowering statins — being linked to over 300 adverse health effects. But sometimes the technical language of medicine gets confusing: what does this pomegranate-induced reduction in the intima media thickness (IMT) of the arteries mean?

Reducing The Intima Media Thickness: Reversing Atherosclerosis

The intima media is the middle portion of the arteries that become inflamed and fill up with plaque comprised of oxidized fats, immune cells, and their debris, in the condition known colloquially as “blocked arteries.” As the intima media grows thicker, less space is available for the blood contents to move through the opening (lumen) of the arteries. When the arteries eventually close or are blocked, catastrophic injury or death may follow. Therefore, anything that can safely reduce, or better, reverse intima media thickening is the holy grail as far as obtaining a root cause resolution of artherosclerosis, and by implication would profoundly reduce deaths linked to cardiovascular mortality.

Indeed, in a world where the #1 cause of death is cardiovascular disease, and where we preemptively medicate millions more with drugs that only reduce surrogate markers for cardiovascular disease risk – i.e. lipoproteins carrying cholesterol – without showing any convincing evidence that it is reducing cardiovascular disease or all-cause mortality, how could something as simple and powerful as pomegranate be overlooked? In fact, if a simple daily dietary intervention is capable of regressing and/or reversing the underlying disease process in millions of fatal cardiac cases, it would seem highly unethical not to use it.

Here, we wish to bring some of the finer details of this clinical trial to light, to further substantiate the value of botanical and food-based interventions not only in preventing but treating major chronic disease processes like cardiovascular disease, the developed world’s most deadly disease.

“This supports other information that was available when i was diagnosed with blocked arteries and in fact had a stent installed for one complete blockage.
That was 3 years ago. Other partial blockages were observed in the 50% range.
Since then I have drunk a small glass of of-the-shelf (POM) pomegranate juice every morning, do not suffer from noticeable problems, but cannot assess what blockages still exist or have developed. Cardiologist tests apparently only detect 60% plus blockages.
Interesting point from this post – it suggests higher LDL figures might result, which is exactly what I am experiencing, much to GP’s and cardiologist’s dismay.
Have refused statins after initial adverse reactions but the pressure for LDL cholesterol lowering is strong from the medics.

Just the first video says more than enough to satisfy my thirst for commonsense science to promote to the public, as distinct from consensus science which is greedily absorbed by the gullible, those with preconceived ideas, those with vested interests, those with narrow minds and those who are frightened of admitting their mistaken views and adherences.

Ian Pilmer’s presentation is not recent, but the only thing I note that has changed is that Australia has moved on from its carbon tax farce, but is nevertheless still paying more than lip service to the outside influences which wish to tell us how to run our country.
Forget about slandering the messenger, just listen carefully to the facts and try to understand real scientific information.

Australia wants to improve its Military Contribution in Iraq

The Australian government is completely out of touch with reality, well Tony Abbott is anyway. I am still trying to assess who is running our country – Tony, the government or the world dominators, via the US. I suppose it’s a combination of all three but I find it hard to see any clear and independent thinking from within our own country.

The thrust of the article is contained within this extract:

While Abbott claimed that one could not negotiate with entities such the Islamic State, he failed to mention that U.S. Senator John McCain has already negotiated with ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi, a.k.a. Caliph Ibrahim.

Moreover, an article published in nsnbc international, based on testimony and evidence provided by a person from within the inner circle around the former Lebanese PM Saad Hariri made it public that the final green light to invade Iraq with ISIS was given on the sidelines of the Atlantic Council’s Energy Summit in Turkey, in November 2013, and that the U.S. Embassy in Turkey under Ambassador Riccardione functions as hub for coordinating the insurgency as well as the fight against it as part of a policy aimed at “Balkanizing Iraq and Syria”.

Abbott also noted that Australian citizens’ involvement with ISIS as “modern-day treason” while he failed to mention that ISIS, fundamentally, is a creation of elements within NATO, Western, Israeli, Pakistani, and Saudi Arabian intelligence services.

Doctors Against Vaccines – Hear From Those Who Have Done the Research

This blog has been posting articles on many subjects, one theme being health, one topic being vaccines. I am not a medical expert, just an observer and thinker. An educated and trained academic via a technical tertiary engineering diploma.

The blog theme is “Do unto others….” which is about as simple a life guide as is possible, one which ideally would, if adopted by everyone, solve most of the world’s problems. But it is not an ideal world, in fact so far from it, that I am inspired to activism by a strong desire for truth and justice.

The pharmaceutical industry is one organization that invites criticism for many reasons, failing to meet professional standards of transparency, truth and honesty and demonstrably failing in its ideal mission of achieving best public health care without profit or political biasses.

Current, extensive world-wide vaccination missions raise several issues in this regard, where scientific principles and recipients health are arguably losing out to both the political and profiteering agendas.

In this not-so-perfect world, it is too idealistic to expect perfection in this vaccination scheme. A few patients, for whatever reasons, will suffer adverse reactions and that may be considered socially acceptable in the “greater good” scheme of things. However, adverse reactions are going way beyond values that can be impartially agreed as acceptable, both in number, percentage and severity. This applies even to official published rates, it is reasonably claimed that actual incidences are many factors greater than those published.

A legitimate case for criminal negligence may be appropriate for unjust mis-diagnostics regarding vaccine damages where SIDS and even alleged parental neglect or abuse are blamed in children’s cases.

The general public shares a common misconception – that all doctors, or all “real doctors” support vaccination. Although it is true that the majority of doctors support vaccines, not all do.

Most doctors blindly support the recommendations of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Doctors are trained in administering vaccines, not in how they are made. There are some doctors that choose to do the research themselves in order to develop an informed opinion on the subject. These doctors who become knowledgeable about vaccines usually become anti-vaccine. A little knowledge goes a long way.

Without a doubt we live in the age of autism, but it is also the age of chronic illness. One in eighty-eight children are diagnosed with autism, while half of all children now struggle with chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, ADHD, etc. This rise in illness correlates with the dramatic increase in vaccines given to our children along with a growing exposure to other toxic chemicals.

The AMA has always been corrupt. Just look back at their old recommendations for smoking tobacco. The AMA has also been sued for maintaining an illegal boycott of chiropractors. Their expert advice has always been for sale to the highest bidder. The CDC is no different. Recently they’ve been outed for covering up the link between the MMR vaccine and autism in African American children. Their advisory board is filled with industry insiders promoting their own self-interest. The AAP seems to be working primarily for vaccine manufacturers.

There are two kinds of pro-vaccine experts; those who regurgitate pro-vaccine rhetoric and those who are getting paid by pharmaceutical industries. Most regulators are the second kind of expert. (We all know money talks, and big money yells). You cannot do all of the research and come to the conclusion that vaccines are safe. Those that do the research invariably reject all vaccines, or refuse many of them.

It may be timely to add this oft-repeated reminder – Whatever thoughts you may have about peoples credentials and agendas, including mine, or thoughts that others you respect may have, the absolute criteria for information is “is it true and correct”. Bottom line, so to speak!
