Congressman: Time for special prosecutors

This ‘FourWinds’ article is significant. Regarding the US scene.

There is no doubt a need for some positive action in opposing the abuses by the White house, unfortunately so far supported by Congress.

Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-Texas, actions, as reported by Garth Kant’s, provide a glimmer of light in the dark tunnel.

‘There’s just so much there … and it already stinks to high heaven’

Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-Texas, is calling for a special prosecutor look into the Obama administration’s involvement in several scandals making national headlines.

Gohmert, a candid lawmaker who doesn’t mince words, has been in the spotlight recently for speaking boldly about the scandals in Washington.

On May 15, Gohmert got into a heated exchange with Attorney General Eric Holder during a House Judiciary Committee hearing. When Holder challenged the congressman’s truthfulness, Gohmert shot back, “You point out one thing that I said that was not true.”

The attorney general replied, “I know what the FBI did. You cannot know what I know,” but he didn’t cite any inaccuracies by Gohmert.

The next day at a Capitol Hill news conference in which tea-party members described abuse by the IRS, Gohmert implied the president is a tyrant.

The congressman thundered, “If the AP story has taught anything it should be, to the media, that when there is a tyrannical despot, the media will be one of the early victims – you will be used as helpful savants for awhile, and then when you’re no longer needed, you will be pressured and put out of business as well.” (See the video below.)

WND asked Gohmert what Congress should be doing about the Obama scandals, beginning with abuses at the Justice Department.

“We’ve already found the attorney general in contempt, and that did nothing,” he said. “We have all kinds of issues we’ve asked the Justice Department about and they are not providing any answers.

“So, unless we have legislation that creates a special prosecutor to deal with an attorney general who is in contempt of Congress and who will not address the issues he’s created, we won’t get to the bottom of it.”

The House of Representatives found Holder in contempt last June for refusing to turn over documents in the Fast & Furious scandal.

The Justice Department’s latest scandals involve secretly obtaining a massive number of phone records from the Associated Press while pursuing a leak, naming a Fox News reporter an unindicted co-conspirator for gaining access to confidential information from the State Department and targeting another Fox News reporter and a producer pursuing the Fast & Furious gun-running scandal.

“The Justice Department misused the judicial process. To get a warrant to go after a Fox News reporter who was simply trying to get a scoop, there’s nothing illegal about that,” Gohmert said. “If people had known how wide and deep the Fast & Furious situation was, it certainly could have affected the last election. So, they go after a reporter who’s going to try to get to the bottom of it. The Justice Department is actually protecting itself there.

“Holder claims the AP leak was one of the most egregious he’s ever seen. Well, apparently every leak that makes the Obama administration look bad is egregious.”

He added, “Instead of just violating the Constitution so completely and so brashly and going after the AP, the more appropriate thing to do would be to say, ‘You know what, we’ve got only a handful of people in this administration who knew this information that was leaked. Let’s check just those folks’ phone lines. Let’s see who they were meeting with, and we’ll make the determination from there.’ But that’s not what they wanted to do. They didn’t want to catch the leaker in the administration. They would much rather intimidate the AP and go after all the other records that they could use to help intimidate them in the future. It’s just incredible.”

WND asked Gohmert what Congress should do about the IRS’ harassment of conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status.

“Now that we have at least one IRS official (Lois Lerner, head of the tax-exempt organizations division) who has taken the Fifth Amendment, we’re not going to be able to get to the bottom of it without using the judiciary process, so it looks like we’ll have to pursue that ourselves,” indicating this scandal will also require a special prosecutor.

But Gohmert didn’t stop there.

“I think we need to be dismantling the IRS so this can never happen again. You can actually change the outcome of an election by intimidating those who won’t speak up and by preventing groups from obtaining legal status so they won’t raise money and hold gatherings,” he said. “We’ve created a system where, unless you get a certain tax status you can’t raise money and go out and speak your mind. You have to have IRS approval. They figured that out and intimidated people who could have affected the election.

“So, it is bad. We’ve got to dismantle the IRS to the point it can never do that again.”

World Bank Insider Blows Whistle on Corruption, Federal Reserve

Quote: “I realized we were now dealing with something known as state capture, which is where the institutions of government are co-opted by the group that’s corrupt,” she told The New American in a phone interview. “The pillars of the U.S. government — some of them — are dysfunctional because of state capture; this is a big story, this is a big cover up.”

Your Body and EMF sensitivities

I have searched high and low for a webpage that presented a brilliant description of how our bodies are basically electrical devices, operating with minute electrical energy signals and can be hypersensitive to external radiation.

It must have been a Utube video linked from a previous video and my history listing has not provided me with the answer. However this is close to what I wished to present as it is this sensitivity that needs to be considered when assessing effects from cell phones and smart meters.

This post was then to go on to link associated relevant posts in order to provide a comprehensive and educational article. In the meantime I came across a blog that has beautifully done all that already, better I am sure than I would have done.

So firstly, this introduction will direct you to the link associated with the image below. There you will access all the detailed information that is so important to understanding why even low levels of radiation are dangerous and therefore why the claims of safety by authorities are neither reliable nor accurate.

EMF & Autonomic Nervous System

Follow that up with a brilliant overview and information about many of the factors and evidence of real health issues. Linked as follows and also reblogged here on tgrule.

Smart Meter Fires: Smoking Meters, Smoking Gun, Smoking Profit

This situation applies to Philadelphia US and to its type(s) of meter. It is not fair to therefore say “all smart meters are a fire danger”.

What it is fair to say is “authorities claiming unconditional safety of untried and unproven electrical devices should be aware of the risk of being wrong in some instances. They need to be conscious of their responsibility to the public, even if the government seems to be offering rhetoric support. They too are relying on too little or unscientific information.
Australian smart meters may by safe but equally so may that not be safe, electrically or radiation wise. They have not been PROVEN to be otherwise!

US Financial Crisis – A Viewpoint from “Fourwinds10”

The Government Theft of Retirement Accounts Has Begun

Many were roundly criticized for daring to say that the Cyprus thefts could visit our shores.  If Treasury Secretary Jack Lew gets his way, Cyprus will look like a walk in the park compared to what’s coming because Cyprus was a beta test for the massive theft of private wealth which is on the horizon.

In fact, I would say to my fellow countrymen who don’t think the government would ever perpetrate a fraud against the American people in which the government would oversee the outright theft of personal assets of American citizens, you might want to jog your memory and look about to a period of time going back four to five years in this country.

Short Term Memory Loss

I, too, was roundly criticized three months ago when I said the Cyprus scenario is coming here. I was told there would be a revolution if this happened and the government would be to afraid to try such a thing. I marvel at people who hold to such naive beliefs. Listening to these people is like listening to a country song played backwards. You know the wife does not leave, the truck still runs and the guy stops drinking. Maybe it is all the fluoride in the water that is causing such widespread ignorance and apathy.

First of all, our government is not the enemy. This is not the government we are dealing with. We are battling organized crime in the form of corporations like Goldman Sachs who have hijacked our government. They are lining up for the last great garage sale before they collapse the economy and roll out martial law. There are forces lining up to steal everything that you and I own. It has already begun but this country is so dumbed down, we do not see that it has already started.

The Greatest Wealth Transfer In History

Hank Paulson Architect of the Bailouts

Hank Paulson Architect of the Bailouts

I am still haunted by the image of former head of the Goldman Sachs crime syndicate and former Treasury Secretary, Hank Paulson, telling a closed session of Congress that if they did not grant Wall Street “bailouts” there will be martial law in the streets as a result of the economy collapsing. Ask yourself, if almost five years later and three bailouts later, are Americans better off having sacrificed the bailout money in lieu of maintaining roads, improving schools as well as running the national debt through the ceiling and destroying the financial heritage of our children?

Listverse: 10 Controversial Convictions based on false Confessions…

Just by chance I came across this impressive, or depressing, post on classic injustice so often evident in our so-called justice system. Without going into more detail, it suffices to bring public attention to the existence of false confessions. In other words don’t believe something just because you read it or hear it on the news.

10 Controversial Convictions Based on False Confessions

Robin Warder May 22, 2013

http://listverse.com/2013/05/22/10-controversial-convictions-based-on-false-confessions/

One of the biggest causes of wrongful convictions is the false assumption that no one would ever confess to a crime they didn’t commit. When law enforcement officials are under great pressure to solve a case, finding the right perpetrator can become a secondary priority and if necessary, they will use coercion and intimidation to obtain a confession from a suspect. After being subjected to many hours of interrogation, suspects can reach a breaking point where they ultimately decide to tell the authorities what they want to hear. Sometimes, the suspect does not even have the mental faculties to understand the ramifications of what they’re doing. Even when there is no other evidence that a suspect committed the crime, a confession can still be enough to compel a jury to vote “guilty”. Here are ten controversial cases…

HOW THE UK IS DEALING WITH SMART METERS (A LESSON IN DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS FOR VICTORIA)

Victoria is almost the only area in the world that is blindly mandating smart meters. Doesn’t show much evidence of intelligence but it does indicate too much external pressure on our beautiful but not free country.

“What is happening in the UK is contrasting widely with what is happening here in Victoria, where hundreds of requests by concerned and health affected residents to meet with the energy minister have fallen on deaf ears. Pleads for help via letters and emails are simply being disregarded as the Energy Minister’s Department, with support from the DPI, are sending ‘propaganda’ material which claims wireless smart meters are safe – despite the fact that there has NOT BEEN A SINGLE STUDY commissioned to look at possible health effects of smart meter’s radiofrequency fields. To make matters worse, a post-rollout surveillance study has also not been initiated, which is ethically questionable and demonstrates a lack of consideration by the Government for the welfare of its constituents.”

Stop Smart Meters Australia

It has already been posted previously on this website, February 2012, that in response to concerns about health and privacy by British backbenchers, the UK Government decided that the smart meter rollout in the UK would NOT be mandatory.

More recently, Great Britain has gone a step further when last month two representatives of StopSmartMeters UK were given the opportunity to explain their concerns in the House of Commons. They were listened to with respect and given a fair hearing. Dr Liz Evans from SSM UK outlined the acute harm from wireless smart meters and also the chronic effects, which include “cancer, infertility, dementia, genetic damage, immune system dysfunction and damage to foetuses”.

The videos of House of Commons proceedings are a MUST SEE:

Interestingly, on 10th May 2013, it was announced that the UK Government had decided to postpone commencement of their (non-mandatory) smart meter roll-out by more…

CLIMATOLOGY

Worth reblogging because it highlights the complexity of our global heat “equation”. A multitude of variables, including the Sun as the only source of heating energy, making the science complex and difficult to pin point. Computer models have failed to make sensible predictions, an outcome unsurprising to open-minded scientists and a methodology that only a dreamer would rely on.

Lewandowsky invents new pseudo-science of psycho-climatology™

Pseudo-science has been in evidence in climatology for some years now, twisted distortions of psychology are not a surprise from the same perpetrators.

Australian Climate Madness

Stephan Lewandowsky knows nothing about climatology, meteorology, geology, atmospheric physics or thermodynamics, but that trivial obstacle does not prevent him believing the alarmist consensus with such fervour that he uses his own “discipline” (if you can call it that) of psychology to label those who question said consensus as suffering from some kind of mental condition, his favourite label being “conspiracy theorist”.

If that wasn’t enough, however, Lewandowsky has also invented “recursive idiocy” by taking the above approach a step further, so that anyone who questions Lewandowsky’s psychological assessment is themselves branded a “conspiracy theorist” and the recursion goes on, presumably, ad infinitum. Seriously, I’m not making this up. And Lewandowsky is something called a “Winthop Professor” at the University of Western Australia. And a recipient of the UK Royal Society’s Wolfson Research Merit award. No, really.

By himself, Lewandowsky, with a bit of help from John Cook…
