Inconvenient paleoclimate data that hasn’t been published

One reader commenter calls this a smoking gun. I can see why. What makes it more interesting is that the information is known to the alarmist scientists and they choose to ignore it. Perhaps they have a scientific reason? If so, it would be nice to hear it from them.

A pity the graph stops at 2000. However, the contrast to the claimed “warming” global average temperature is clear. Sure, it’s only one part of the planet, therefore only one part of what makes up the “average” temperature computation. Or would be, if it was included.

Was it included? Apparently not!

‘Vitamin D Guide’ infographic explains importance of vitamin D for optimal health

“Vitamin D can prevent practically every disease known to man”

There’s a statement that will raise the ire of the medical fraternity. Well, it’s contained in this ‘Natural News‘ article by Ethan A. Huff. Probably a grain of salt is recommended to cover this blog, but the general thrust of the article should be meaningful.

(NaturalNews) The vital importance of getting plenty of vitamin D as part of a healthy lifestyle cannot be overstated, and a newly released NaturalNews infographic explains some of the many reasons why vitamin D is crucial to health, as well as how much of it you should be getting.

You can view the infographic here:
http://www.naturalnews.com/Infographic-The-Vitamin-D-Guide.html

Vitamin D can prevent practically every disease known to man

A prohormone, vitamin D is a crucial component of proper development, growth and maintenance of the human body. Without it, the body is prone to develop practically every disease in existence, as vitamin D’s metabolic product, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (calcitriol), is responsible for unlocking more than 2,700 binding sites on the human genome (http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/what-is-vitamin-d/).

Australian three-year-olds targeted for bogus psychiatric disorders such as sleeping with the light on

A ‘Natural News’ post by Mike Bundrant.  [Thanks Crystal  @ TIP]

(NaturalNews) The Australian government and the Australian Medical Association are targeting 27,000 three-year-olds for psychiatric treatment. A new government funded program seeks to treat normal preschool children to discover if they show “signs of mental illness.”

What are the symptoms of mental illness in three-year-olds? Shyness, temper tantrums and needing to sleep with the light on. Yes, folks, I guess even monster in the closet is now a symptom of psychosis. The whole human race must need psychiatric medication.

To squelch concerns about mislabeling normal behavior and medicating the little ones with powerful drugs, Australian Medical Association president Steve Hambleton said the following:

”We have to be careful we don’t medicalise normal behaviour and that’s a real caution with children. There are genuine kids who need extra support to help them integrate into normal kindergartens and classrooms and a lot of the funding for that is driven by diagnoses so there’s a perverse incentive to diagnose conditions like autism. There are kids who need it but we don’t want to make normal kids abnormal.”

But you are doing exactly that, Mr. Hambleton!

AGW – Climate Change – Unsettled Science

Do I understand much of this article? No, but I still reblog it as an example of a very comprehensive understanding by an expert.

There may be several reasons why warmists agree and support the AGW/Carbon Dioxide-Global Temperature relationship etc., none of which I agree with, but the one that is clearly a bogus reason is that “the science is settled”.

If this article does not make clear the complexity of our climate science – its range and variability of input factors, measurements, interactions, feedbacks, forcings and responses;  its range of human assessments, scientific data compilation and computations; and finally the range of conclusions that can be reached, then I wonder what else might.

And yet, we have a world-wide political and financial mechanism in place, supported by the media and many corrupt organizations, which is based on a belief that the science is sufficiently understood and correct.

Climate Change

Outline

Change in the planetary winds (conceptually documented in the diagram above) is the least remarked but most influential dynamic affecting surface temperature.  Wind is a response to pressure differentials. So, a change in the wind is due to a change in these pressure differentials.

The following post describes why pressure differentials and the the planetary winds change over time.

From Wikipedia we have: “the troposphere is the lowest portion of Earth’s atmosphere. It contains approximately 80% of the atmosphere’s mass and 99% of its water vapor and aerosols. The average depth of the troposphere is approximately 17 km (11 mi) in the middle latitudes. It is deeper in the tropical regions, up to 20 km (12 mi), and shallower near the poles, at 7 km (4.3 mi) in summer, and indistinct in winter.”

The notion that there is  a tropopause in high latitudes or that it is somehow ‘indistinct…

Vaccinations – More worrying information.

A hard-hitting view of the vaccination scene sourced at ‘Natural News‘. Given the evidence of the damage being done, this article seems appropriate.

Are Happy People Healthier? New Reasons to Stay Positive

A nice relief from the doom and gloom!

This article from, of all places the ‘Oprah’ magazine. I hope readers will realize that my source for this was the internet with no direct connection to Oprah, enough said.

Scientists are finding more and more proof of the remarkable way our emotions can affect our immune system.

9/11 – A reminder of the civilization wrecking conspiracy.

Not the first time this has surfaced, but worth publishing here because it is a concise summary and seems to be very much on the ball.

Also because it is the root cause/excuse for all the recent-past, and current Middle East enslavement by the Western forces.

Here is the transcript:

A Mystery from Earth’s Red-Hot Inner Core

This post from Sott.net, I find interesting. All of the universe is a mystery, creation is a mystery. Our bodies and nature, although very well understood in the fashion of our science and knowledge are still wonders of our universe and still a mystery in many ways.

The earth is also well-known to science but not absolutely. It is not something that most of us are familiar with regarding its technical and detailed formation and its evolution on a short-term basis.

So I thought this post worth copying in order to highlight its mysteries, as they are rarely brought to the public view. So there are unknowns and we must expect these and never kid ourselves that we “know everything”. Of course rarely do we securely feel that we know everything, but very often that is the way we act.

The other reason for my interest is that it seems that the amount of heat internally in our planet and the amount that finds its way to the surface, a natural process, as heat likes to meander one way or another “towards” cooler objects or places. In this post no mention is made of resulting contributions to our average global surface temperature, which is sad because it may be of great importance.

More Afghans Dead: Karzai Blasts the United States

Robert Dreyfuss, The Nation, has this article posted on Sott, net.

The US has lost the plot in many areas and in many ways, including Afghanistan where it has lost its war on terror and its war of terror, neither of them winnable in the long run. This article is interesting in that it indicates a strengthening of Russian – Chinese ties encompassing other important Middle East and sub-continent players.

Here is the article for your assessment:

Leon Panetta, the over-his-head US secretary of defense, is in Afghanistan today after a day on which the greatest number of civilians were killed so far in 2012. But Hamid Karzai, the Afghan president, isn’t there. He’s in Beijing, meeting with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, an all-Asian bloc led by China and Russia. The SCO, not surprisingly, is expressing a greater interest in building ties with Afghanistan as the United States begins its long, drawn-out drawdown to 2014. And Panetta, it seems, is trying to interest India, a rival to China, which is taking a greater interest in Afghanistan too. It’s the Afghan endgame.

First, the civilian dead.

Karzai is charging that a NATO airstrike killed eighteen Afghan civilians, including woman and children, as part of a US-led ground operation in Logar province. Reported the AP: “Villagers displayed 18 bodies at the provincial capital on Wednesday, including five women, seven children and six men….”

“This is unacceptable. It cannot be tolerated,” President Hamid Karzai said in a statement condemning the strike in Logar. He criticized NATO for not being able to provide an explanation for the vans piled with bodies of women and children that villagers displayed to reporters.

What’s especially sad about the slaughter in Logar is that it occurred immediately following a suicide bomb attack blamed on the Taliban in which three suicide bombers killed twenty-two innocent civilians at a marketplace in Kandahar. Taken together, the two incidents represent the worst day of violence in Afghanistan so far this year, providing further evidence – if any was needed – that that idea that the United States is making things better in that war-battered nation is a sick joke.
