Thanks Crystal for the post.
It seems that our civil laws do not apply to the military. Any one else would be responsible for a criminal act, even if accidental, and be the subject of the Law system.

Connecting the dots that confirm that the US citizens are in for a torrid time as the peoples’ economy collapses around them.
Now we can see why weapons and ammunition have been placed in the hands of the civil authorities.
The leaders cannot pretend that they didn’t know what was ahead.
Orwell’s 1984 scenario is about to become a reality, it seems.

Adam Bandt is a typical Greenie, and because he, like all the rest of them, is on an ideological crusade and possesses no brains, he is unable to understand even the basic facts about Australia’s contribution to “global warming”, which is why Bandt has claimed on social media that the Coalition’s climate policy will cause more bush fires, like those suffered by many areas yesterday.
Never mind the fact that over 100 homes may have been destroyed and many others damaged by the fires (which were intense due to a strong wind, but not at all unusual or unprecedented), Bandt was more interested in scoring cheap political points:

Democracy Now Tags Indicted Multi-Millionaire Crook as a Whistleblower and Goes after Russia!
On October 15, 2013, Democracy Now! dedicated an entire hour to a segment titled Another U.S. Whistleblower Behind Bars? Investor Jailed After Exposing Corrupt Azerbaijani Oil Deal. The exclusive show presented the case of multimillionaire American businessman Rick Bourke, who supposedly blew the whistle on a fraudulent scheme by international criminals to gain control of the oil riches of Azerbaijan. Since May 2013 Rick Bourke has been held in a federal prison for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act for alleged knowledge of the bribery that allegedly took place in 1998. Other investors in the corrupt Azerbaijan scheme included former Democratic Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell and major institutions, including Columbia University and AIG. However, so far, no one has been jailed other than Bourke.
The case as narrated by Democracy Now and a few other US mainstream outlets reads like one of John le Carré’s famous spy and conspiracy thrillers turned into a Hollywood thriller:
From ‘No Frakking Consensus’, something worth reading, and believing! Unlike the unscientific garbage being promulgated on the mainstream media by paid and partial, agenda-driven spokespersons.
As the gap between its models and reality has grown, the IPCC has become more adamant that its conclusions are correct – rather than more cautious.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) claims to be a rational, scientific body. But when scientists worthy of the name are wrong, they admit it. The IPCC does the opposite.
Once you peel multiple layers off the global warming onion, you’re left with computer models. According to these models, the small amount of warming that results when humans emit CO2 into the atmosphere is supposed to be amplified by other factors. It isn’t the CO2 itself but this amplification that the IPCC believes will lead to dramatic rises in temperature and dangerous consequences.
But here’s the problem: even though the real world hasn’t behaved as expected, the IPCC continues to cling to its position with a fervour that can only be described as religious.
Howard Hayden, who runs EnergyAdvocate.com, illustrates this with a brilliant image. He started with a graph produced by Roy Spencer that compares climate model projections with real-world data:
The thin lines represent 73 different climate model results, with the solid black line being the mean. The blue squares represent satellite measurements, and the green circles represent weather balloon measurements.
Hayden then added red arrows to Spencer’s graph, along with text boxes indicating the language the IPCC has employed over time.

From Sybil Edmonds “Boiling Frogs”, this telling article about corruption at high levels.
The Establishment Says “2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + more 2’s = 0”
Since the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, through quasi investigative reports, leaks, whistleblowers and numerous court documents, several key 9/11 operatives have been identified and confirmed as assets and or informants of the United States government. Further, all details of these operatives’ positions, functions and employment records have been sealed and protected as beyond top secret classified.
Whether it is Ali Mohamed’s employment with the United States Army and his connections with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or Anwar al-Awlaki on the payroll of the Bureau, or the landlord of two 9/11 hijackers in San Diego, who happened to be a highly valued long-term FBI informant, we are looking at incomplete profiles and missing crucial information. In each of these cases we are dealing with a government engaged in an extraordinary level of secrecy and protection. And with every single case we are faced with the crucial why question.
While each case, individually, on its own, paints an extremely troubling picture with serious implications, we must delve into the cases as a whole, collectively, in order to see the larger theme and an even more telling story. Despite my extensive research I have not seen a report where the cases in question are presented and examined together-in one place. I believe putting together documentation like that would be a good starting point for an ongoing and evolving report that can take us further in our search for needed answers, and the truth.

This extract sums up the need for publishing this here –
“The current high rate of adverse events has recently come to public light with the publishing of large studies in Australia and the United States of America (USA). So dramatic were the results of the USA study that it led to a presidential dedication to implement a program aimed at decreasing medical errors by 50% in the next 5 years from the year 2000 [5] .”
Michael Edmonds
This article was written by Michael Edmonds during his PhD studies in the Health Informatics Unit, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Adelaide, circa 2005.
Definition
An adverse event is defined as an “injury resulting from a medical intervention, not the underlying condition of the patient” [1] , and is also referred to as iatrogenic injury, which has been defined as “unintended or unintentional harm or suffering arising from any aspect of health care management” [2] . An adverse event is preventable if it is due to “an error in management due to failure to follow accepted practice at an individual or system level”, where accepted practice is “the current level of expected performance for the average medical practitioner or system that manages the condition in question” [3] .It has long been recognised that adverse events pose a threat to the safety of patients [4] . This became a prominent issue in the Californian litigation crisis of the early 1970s when an upsurge in litigation cases spurred an investigation that showed that 4.6% of all admissions were associated with a “potentially compensible event” [2] . The current high rate of adverse events has recently come to public light with the publishing of large studies in Australia and the United States of America (USA). So dramatic were the results of the USA study that it led to a presidential dedication to implement a program aimed at decreasing medical errors by 50% in the next 5 years from the year 2000 [5] .
Adverse event data has not been studied or published in the past for many reasons. Adverse events in medicine were never reported systematically, like aviation accidents or motor vehicle accidents, and the scope of the problem has never been previously defined. Medical culture also urges the health care professional to strive for error-free practice. Making an error is seen as a failure of character and there is a reluctance to report adverse events for fear of individual blame and litigation [3] . Other reasons that have been suggested include that it is difficult to access confidential patient files, and that most errors arising from sub-standard performance are believed to be self-regulated within the profession. The changing role of the patient in relation to the doctor is also a factor, with the better informed patient now having the social power to ask about error and failure. Progress in medical technology means that policy and management struggle to maintain protocols and safeguards to keep pace with new advances [2] .
One of the ways to misinform the public with ‘pseudo-science’.

What does this graph show? A catastrophically rapid increase in ocean heat content?
When global surface temperatures started levelling off, and then continued to plateau, it was a real blow to the alarmist cause. How could they claim that global warming was an urgent problem that needed trillions of taxpayer dollars to fix when the temperatures showed otherwise?
How could they retain their cushy roles on UN- and government-funded climate organisations, jetting round the world staying in five-star hotels at the taxpayers’ expense, whilst all the while imploring the rest of us to scale back our unsustainable and polluting lifestyles?
Here’s the alarmists’ thought process: Where’s the missing heat? Our models must be right (no doubt there), so it must be hiding somewhere. Somewhere we can’t measure it. Deep in the oceans!
And because of the much larger heat capacity of water compared to air, the differences in temperature…

It may end up being that those Victorians (possibly 5 to 10% of the population) who have developed acute symptoms from smart meters (insomnia, headaches, ringing in the ears, fatigue, concentration and memory problems, dizziness, heart palpitations and more) are actually the lucky ones!
Why? Because they have no choice but to take immediate steps to protect themselves from the meters’ microwave emissions, as well as from emissions from a wide range of devices, including mobile phones, Wi-Fi, cordless phones, microwave ovens and baby monitors.
Despite the fact that these people may have incurred substantial expenditure, such as the cost for shielding of their home, or may have had to make sweeping lifestyle changes, such as moving house, giving up a job or even moving interstate, these are the ones who may very well, in the long-term, be the lucky ones.
It is the remaining (90% +) majority of Victorians…
