How often does the theme of George Orwell‘s “1984” recur on this blog? A rhetorical question! There is, however, a real reason why this does occur. Reality is fast becoming what was once thought to be his fantasy of the “New World Order” theme. Realization that it has become very close to a prophecy should scare everyone, the general public anyway.

Of course, part of Orwell’s story involved the government department “Ministry of Truth”. Its job was to spread lies, rewrite history and make-up scenarios to fool the public into accepting all that the government wanted to carry out or justify. The public became seriously brainwashed and few citizens were aware of the delusion.  “Big Brother” knew best!
