The US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) has unveiled a new roadmap for increased vaccination and immunization for the 21st century, the National Vaccine Plan or NVP. It calls for new vaccines, at a time when children already get far too many vaccinations, especially when given all at once and at too young an age.
Why are the vaccines piled on top of each other in one doctor visit? Because the medical establishment is afraid to ask parents to bring their children back over and over again. So for reasons of “compliance” and “convenience” the child’s immune system is assaulted all at once.
As we have pointed out, HHS would have more credibility if the government had not entered the vaccine business itself as a partner of major drug companies. Much of the funding for new vaccine facilities as well as new vaccines is coming from the government itself; the government then legally requires parents to “consume” more and more of these products for their children.
This is a bailout for the drug industry, which is financially ailing at the moment. It is crony capitalism at its worst, and it directly affects the most vulnerable population of all, our children.
This auspicious week of reliving the 9/11 experience, the US government is propping up its official story of how Islamic terrorists, in particular Al Qaeda and bin Laden committed this atrocity upon the US and its citizens. All of it is untrue.
This post shows a little about how the US government and military operate in real life.
With the corporate media’s help, Belhaj/al-Hasidi and his men are being portrayed as reformed terrorists despite the fact that they are still LIFG fighters and LIFG itself is still listed as an international terrorist organization. And while many will applaud the corporate media for coming forward with this information, it should be noted that Pepe Escobar first broke this story on Russia Today, and the US and British propaganda outlets have merely been forced to address the growing public awareness of who these “pro-democracy” rebels really are and what role the US and British governments have had in betraying their people by providing material support for men who literally killed US and UK troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan over the 10 year “War on Terror.”
According to US Code Section 2339A & 2339B, the leaders of NATO, along with the US, UK, and French governments, are clearly guilty of providing a listed terrorist organization with material support in the most egregious, overt case since the code was written. The staggering scale of training, arming, and providing air support for Libyan Islamic Fighting Group militants, listed by the US State Department itself as a terrorist organization, all done criminally under the guise of “international law” rubber stamped by the contrived UN and bolstered with support from the equally contrived International Criminal Court, may be partially why more people are unable to understand the scope of criminality involved in NATO’s intervention in Libya.
And, in Iran:
A similar situation exists within Iran, where another terrorist organization, the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) are being covertly armed and aided in fighting the Iranian government. US policy makers are fully aware that organizations like LIFG and MEK have US blood on their hands. In fact, their only concern is how using such organizations will appear publicly and how such perceptions might threaten their agendas. In the Fortune 500-funded Brookings Institution report, “Which Path to Persia?” we can see clearly the thought process that goes on behind supporting terrorist organizations. Brookings’ only concern is how to remove MEK terrorists from the US State Department list (listed just below LIFG) so they can be supported more overtly in a Libyan-style military intervention.
“Potential Ethnic Proxies,” page 117-118 (page 130-131 of the PDF): ”Perhaps the most prominent (and certainly the most controversial) opposition group that has attracted attention as a potential U.S. proxy is the NCRI (National Council of Resistance of Iran), the political movement established by the MEK (Mujahedin-e Khalq). Critics believe the group to be undemocratic and unpopular, and indeed anti-American.
In contrast, the group’s champions contend that the movement’s long-standing opposition to the Iranian regime and record of successful attacks on and intelligence-gathering operations against the regime make it worthy of U.S. support. They also argue that the group is no longer anti-American and question the merit of earlier accusations. Raymond Tanter, one of the group’s supporters in the United States, contends that the MEK and the NCRI are allies for regime change in Tehran and also act as a useful proxy for gathering intelligence. The MEK’s greatest intelligence coup was the provision of intelligence in 2002 that led to the discovery of a secret site in Iran for enriching uranium.
Despite its defenders’ claims, the MEK remains on the U.S. government list of foreign terrorist organizations. In the 1970s, the group killed three U.S. officers and three civilian contractors in Iran. During the 1979-1980 hostage crisis, the group praised the decision to take America hostages and Elaine Sciolino reported that while group leaders publicly condemned the 9/11 attacks, within the group celebrations were widespread.
Undeniably, the group has conducted terrorist attacks—often excused by the MEK’s advocates because they are directed against the Iranian government. For example, in 1981, the group bombed the headquarters of the Islamic Republic Party, which was then the clerical leadership’s main political organization, killing an estimated 70 senior officials. More recently, the group has claimed credit for over a dozen mortar attacks, assassinations, and other assaults on Iranian civilian and military targets between 1998 and 2001. At the very least, to work more closely with the group (at least in an overt manner), Washington would need to remove it from the list of foreign terrorist organizations.”
Another supporting press release:
US policy makers, working directly for Wall Street and London corporate-financier interests, clearly have no qualms over using or supporting terrorism, with perception management being their only concern. We see this diabolical methodology, precisely articulated in “Which Path to Persia?” now being executed across Libya verbatim. It looks as if there was not enough time to get LIFG off various international lists of terrorist organizations as Brookings had hoped to do with MEK, and instead a concerted effort by the corporate-media and NATO members is being made to downplay the reality that the US, British, French and Qatari governments are openly sponsoring terrorism. Look for similar narratives as seen in Libya to be used in both Syria and Iran – with militant terrorists portrayed as hapless protesters being oppressed by a brutal government, before a full-scale military insurrection followed by a US led military intervention.
PressTV
The US government has acknowledged its involvement in conducting direct secret negotiations with Taliban militants, following the disclosure of the clandestine talks by Afghan officials.
The talks had mostly revolved around the whereabouts and release of US Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, who was seized by Taliban forces in eastern Afghanistan over two years ago, AP reported Monday, citing statements by Afghan and American officials.
According to reports leaked by officials of Afghan PresidentHamid Karzai’s government, the Taliban negotiator, Tayyab Aga, had in return demanded the release of their comrades incarcerated at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility in Cuba and the Bagram Air Field prison, north of Kabul, where an estimated 600 Afghans are being held by US military forces.
Washington has reportedly pledged concessions to the Taliban as a “confidence-building measure,” including an offer to develope close relations with the militant group and allowing it to open an office in a third country.
Reports indicate that the US government has even held clandestine talks with the Haqqani network, which is widely viewed by American and NATO forces as their biggest security challenge in Afghanistan.
Western and Afghan officials familiar with the development have stated that an insider within Afghanistan’s presidential palace leaked the surreptitious negotiations due to Karzai’s emerging hostility toward the US and out of fears that any potential Washington-brokered deal with the anti-government militant group would weaken his authority.
The American and British officials have on several occasions floated the idea of negotiating and making peace with the Taliban, despite their vows to eradicate the militant group as part of their so-called ‘war on terror’ campaign that gave them the pretext to invade Afghanistan in 2001 with a substantial military force.
Meanwhile, senior Afghan and Pakistani officials have often stated that efforts by Washington to make peace with the militant group are bound to fail without the involvement of Kabul and Islamabad.
Top Taliban commanders remain at large almost ten years after the US-led invasion, which primarily aimed to capture or kill al-Qaeda and Taliban leaders that were blamed for the September 11, 2001 terrorist incidents in the US.
Insecurity is on the rise across Afghanistan despite the presence of over 150,000 US-led forces there.
[Some-one viewed this today, I had almost forgotten it. Certainly remiss of me, so will bring it back to life for a few days.
Perhaps it will create a lttle reality when we read about the current US/Israel excuses for attacking Iran.
Emmanuel wasn’t a finalist in the series but I think he has achieved much in proving his courage, spirit and ability. Hopefully he has also shown us a bit about life which we might not otherwise have even imagined. We wish him a rewarding life.

This is a pre-amble to the feature of this post, a video which, unless I am much mistaken, will move you seriously.
First, a time-line extract from Infoplease.com on Iraq:
1991
The Persian Gulf War begins when Operation Desert Storm launched by a U.S.-led coalition of 32 countries under the leadership of U.S. Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf. A campaign of air strikes against Iraq begins (Jan. 16–17).
Ground forces invade Kuwait and Iraq, vanquish the Iraqi army, and liberate Kuwait. President George H. W. Bush declares a cease-fire on the fourth day (Feb. 24–28).
Shiites and Kurds rebel, encouraged by the United States. Iraq quashes the rebellions, killing thousands (March).
Formal cease-fire is signed. Saddam Hussein accepts UN resolution agreeing to destroy weapons of mass destruction and allowing UN inspectors to monitor the disarmament (April 6).
A no-fly zone is established in Northern Iraq to protect the Kurds from Saddam Hussein (April 10).
UN weapons inspectors report that Iraq has concealed much of its nuclear and chemical weapons programs. It is the first of many such reports over the next decade, pointing out Iraq’s thwarting of the UN weapons inspectors (July 30).
1992
A southern no-fly zone is created to protect the Shiite population from Saddam Hussein and provide a buffer between Kuwait and Iraq ( Aug. 26).
U.S. launches cruise missile on Baghdad, after Iraq attempts to assassinate President George H. W. Bush while he visited Kuwait (June 27).
Second, the alleged use of depleted Uranium weapons in the Gulf Wars.
Third, a flash-back to John Lennon’s anti-war stance and his related song “Imagine”.
Fourth, the significance of the term “collateral damage”, which the US military deem acceptable in their mission for energy resources, control and annihilation of any-one who opposes them, or is deemed to oppose them.
Fifth, the meanings of the words – love, respect, compassion, bravery, courage, family and selflessness.
Sixth, the depth of feelings associated with – the power of love, the power of music.
Seventh, the power of the human spirit. Many would say, with a little help from their friends, and/or from their God.
Now we get to the message – I see very little gain to humanity from all the atrocious warmongering by the West. I see a great deal of loss. This post highlights a little bit of goodness and even happiness related to the war issues but it is just a glimmer of positive outcome when compared to the enormous, and I mean enormous, unnecessary suffering, hardship and trauma associated with warmongering.
There are many lessons to be learned from experiencing this video, we should be indebted to all the people involved. Very best wishes to Emmanuel and his family!
It would be extremely sad if these lessons do not create a meaningful, long-term effect on the public awareness and perception of the realities of invasions and supplying weapons to support warmongering.
Similarly, on our personal appreciation of the finer things in life, on how precious they are, on how they should be respected by all self-respecting humans.
The evidence that the lies are lies does not remain hidden, it is just out of sight of the gullible public. Strange really, because it is within full view of anyone with a computer with internet.
To suggest that there is doubt about this subterfuge, this cover-up, this exceptionally cruel and psychopathic crime, this conspiracy (not a theory), is an insult to intelligent, thinking people.
Hopefully, soon we will be rewarded with acceptance of the truth, and the blame for the thousands of 9/11 and subsequent related deaths, injuries and emotional traumas, will be sheeted home to the real culprits.
This COTO post, ‘The Legend of 9/11 — 10 Years On’, and video will provide positive proof and further links.
I can not tell you how many times I have discussed the events of 9/11 with an outraged citizen who can not believe that I would “accuse our own government” of such a terrible thing as conducting a false flag operation, only to hear the phrase “no, I did not know that, is that true?” repeated over and over as I “educate” them about those little things called DETAILS. I can not count the pale-faced stunned looks on people’s faces as I exposed them to some of the “official facts” they never suspected, and never knew. I have walked away from many a confrontation with newly educated “patriotic Americans”, only to worry about whether or not they would again resume breathing correctly.
Check out these articles, follow a few links, and if you still believe the ‘official story’, PLEASE COMMENT.
COTO posts this to make the public aware that Obama and Cameron are lying about the Libyan situation. I think there is enough information here to support the beliefs that the invasion and destruction by NATO are not humanitarian, far from it. The motivations are, as usual, self-serving and the destruction of the nations facilities and citizens’ welfare is extreme. (You don’t have to believe it, but it sounds like the truth to me!)
NATO contaminating Libya water with depleted uranium
Only a few days into the U.S.-led attacks on Libya, there have been reports of forty-five 2,000 pound bombs containing depleted uranium being dropped down on Libya by the U.S. B-2s in the first 24 hours of the attack. stopwar.org
David Wilson of the Stop the War Coalition says the massive bombs, along with the Cruise missiles launched from British and French planes and ships, all contained depleted uranium (DU) warheads.
Vice Adm. William E. Gortney, Director of the Joint Staff at the Pentagon, however; says he is unaware of any use of depleted uranium munitions in Libya and that only conventional munitions were used by U.S. aircraft.
“The British-built Harrier jets used by British naval air forces and also by U.S. Marine pilots, are often equipped with pod-mounted cannons that fire 20 mm shells–shells that often have uranium projectiles designed to penetrate heavy armor,” says American journalist Dave Lindorff. thiscantbehappening.net
HIGHLIGHTS
On March 17th, 2011, the U.S. administration moved quickly to press for a United Nations’ Security Council Resolution calling for a “no fly-zone” and intervention in Libya. Citing “imminent humanitarian concern”, a U.S. and its allies launched attacks hitting Libyan air defenses and ground forces.
The no-fly zone over Libya is said to have cost well over $100 million for the U.S. in missiles alone.
Todd Harrison, a senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, said on March 21 that the U.S. costs could “easily pass the $1 billion mark on this operation, regardless of how well things go.”
International Collation to Ban Uranium Weapons ( ICBUW) says it “is concerned that the current use of U.S. Marine CorpsAV-8B Harrier ground attack aircraft could lead to DU contamination should their cannon be deployed against ground targets. ICBUW is also concerned that the potential for contamination may increase significantly as the conflict develops if U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt ground attack aircraft are deployed.”
“The majority of platforms that fire DU are land-based, although some air and sea-based platforms have also been developed. The only air-based platforms currently in service with the countries currently involved in the conflict are the U.S. A-10 Thunderbolt and the AV-8B Harrier.” ICBUW
FACTS & FIGURES
Depleted Uranium was used widely especially in 2003 in Baghdad, Samara, Mosul and other big Iraqi cities. pubrecord.org
While the Pentagon has continued to claim, against all scientific evidence, that there is no hazard posed by depleted uranium, U.S. troops in Iraq have reportedly been instructed to avoid any sites where these weapons have been used. pubrecord.org
Cities in Iraq where DU weapons were heavily used, such as Basra, Samara, Baghdad, Mosul and probably especially Fallujah, which was virtually leveled in a November 2004 Marine assault, are showing high rates of birth defects, many of which, along with unusually high rates of leukemia, medical experts say are emblematic of fetal radiation damage. thiscantbehappening.net
There are reports of a dramatic increase in the incidence of deformed babies being born in the city of Fallujah, where DU weapons were in wide use during the November 2004 assault on that city by U.S. Marines. pubrecord.org
A University of Michigan published in December 2010 found that of 547 births in Fallujah General Hospital in May of 2010, six years after the all-out US assault on that city of 300,000, in which DU weapons were reportedly used widely, 15% of babies had birth defects–a rate more than five times higher than the global average of 2-3%. thiscantbehappening.net
In September 2009, Fallujah General Hospital had 170 babies born, 24 percent of whom died within their first week of life. This compares to August 2002, six months before the U.S. invasion, when 530 live births were reported with only six dying in the first week. thewe.cc
The opinion is strongly held that heroin production plays a major part in several aspects of the US involvement in Afghanistan.
The idea that the drug trade in Afghanistan is enabled and protected by western interests for their own benefit is by no means a new or controversial idea. After all, we are talking about the third most lucrative commodity in the world behind oil and the arms trade. However, the media coverage of this issue involving hundreds of billions of dollars is another story. James Corbett brings to you questions and points not dared to be raised by the media and pseudo alternatives alike.

Another story that should be in the public media, but that is hidden because it reveals the complicity and truth involving the authorities actions overseas.
When I read other posts which make sense to me, fit my theme of exposing lies and injustices, and are written far more competently than I could hope to, I am pleased to add to their exposure and offer my support.
This Sott.net post by Chris Floyd, ‘Empire Burlesque’, encompassing compatible thoughts by Craig Murray who is in a very good position to report some ‘home truths’.
I was going to write about the NATObombing of Sirte, where in order “protect civilians” from the now non-existent regime of Moamar Gadafy, the humanitarian lords of the West are now killing civilians at the behest of the new, non-elected regime of the murky and murderous “Transitional National Council.”
But as I sat down to the keyboard, I saw that Craig Murray was already on the case. Murray, you’ll recall, was the courageous UK ambassador to Uzbekistan who dared expose the horrific tortures being practiced by the “friendly” regime there, which was acting as one of the many foreign proxies for the Anglo-American “war on terror.” For his pains, he was dismissed, demonized, marginalized. (And accused at one point of being “psychologically disturbed;” why else would anyone oppose the benevolent policies of our humanitarian honchos?)
Here is his (Murray’s) quick take on the attack on Sirte:
The disconnect between the UN mandate to protect civilians while facilitating negotiation, and NATO’s actual actions as the anti-Gadaffi forces’ air force and special forces, is startling.
There is something so shocking in the Orwellian doublespeak of NATO on this point that I am severely dismayed. … I had hoped that the general population in Europe is so educated now that obvious outright lies would be rejected. I even hoped some journalists would seek to expose lies. I was wrong, wrong, wrong.
The “rebels” are actively hitting Sirte with heavy artillery … they are transporting tanks openly to attack Sirte. Yet any movement of tanks or artillery by the population of Sirte brings immediate death from NATO air strike.
What exactly is the reason that Sirte’s defenders are threatening civilians, but the artillery of their attackers – and the bombings themselves – are not? Plainly this is a nonsense. People in foreign ministries, NATO, the BBC and other media are well aware that it is the starkest lie and propaganda, to say the assault on Sirte is protecting civilians. But does knowledge of the truth prevent them from peddling a lie? No.
It is worth reminding everyone something never mentioned, that UNSCR 1973 which established the no fly zone and mandate to protect civilians had
“the aim of facilitating dialogue to lead to the political reforms necessary to find a peaceful and sustainable solution;”
… Plainly the people of Sirte hold a different view to the “rebels” as to who should run the country. NATO have in effect declared being in Gadaffi’s political camp a capital offence. There is no way the massive assault on Sirte is “facilitating dialogue”. it is rather killing those who do not hold the NATO-approved opinion. That is the actual truth. It is extremely plain.
I have no time for Gadaffi. I have actually met him, and he really is nuts, and dangerous. There were aspects of his rule in terms of social development which were good, but much more that was bad and tyrannical. But if NATO is attacking him because he is a dictator, why is it not attacking Dubai, Bahrain, Syria, Burma, Zimbabwe, or Uzbekistan, to name a random selection of badly governed countries?
“Liberal intervention” does not exist. What we have is the opposite; highly selective neo-imperial wars aimed at ensuring politically client control of key physical resources.
Wars kill people. Women and children are dying now in Libya, whatever the sanitised media tells you. The BBC have reported it will take a decade to repair Libya’s infrastructure from the damage of war. That in an underestimate. Iraq is still decades away from returning its utilities to their condition in 2000.
I strongly support the revolutions of the Arab Spring. But NATO intervention does not bring freedom, it brings destruction, degradation and permanent enslavement to the neo-colonial yoke. From now on, Libyans — like us — will be toiling to enrich western bankers. That, apparently, is worth to NATO the reduction of Sirte to rubble.
So the NATO involvement in Libya is exposed basically as an International War Crime, an act which cannot be condoned and is based on greed and control, the antithesis of what should be the humanitarian aims of the UN who have condoned this action.
In a new radio documentary, ex-national security aide Richard Clarke suggests the CIA tried to recruit 9/11 hijackers—then covered it up. Former CIA director George Tenet denies it.
This COTO report by Philip Shenon ( Daily Beast ) has serious implications. Nothing surprising, as the CIA having some degree of involvement has always been speculated. However, this is tantamount to evidence. Denied of course, but an accusation of this nature and substance surely cannot be fabricated, whatever reason may be speculated.
August 11, 2011 “Daily Beast” – -With the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks only a month away, former CIA Director George Tenet and two former top aides are fighting back hard against allegations that they engaged in a massive cover-up in 2000 and 2001 to hide intelligence from the White House and the FBI that might have prevented the attacks.
The source of the explosive, unproved allegations is a man who once considered Tenet a close friend: former White House counterterrorism czar Richard Clarke, who makes the charges against Tenet and the CIA in an interview for a radio documentary timed to the 10th anniversary next month. Portions of the Clarke interview were made available to The Daily Beast by the producers of the documentary.
In the interview for the documentary, Clarke offers an incendiary theory that, if true, would rewrite the history of the 9/11 attacks, suggesting that the CIA intentionally withheld information from the White House and FBI in 2000 and 2001 that two Saudi-born terrorists were on U.S. soil – terrorists who went on to become suicide hijackers on 9/11.
Clarke speculates – and readily admits he cannot prove — that the CIA withheld the information because the agency had been trying to recruit the terrorists, while they were living in southern California under their own names, to work as CIA agents inside Al Qaeda. After the recruitment effort went sour, senior CIA officers continued to withhold the information from the White House for fear they would be accused of “malfeasance and misfeasance,” Clarke suggests.
Clarke says it is fair to conclude “there was a high-level decision in the CIA ordering people not to share information.” Asked who would have made the order, Clarke replies, “I would think it would have been made by the director,” referring to Tenet.
Clarke said that if his theory is correct, Tenet and others would never admit to the truth today “even if you waterboarded them.”
Clarke’s theory addresses a central, enduring mystery about the 9/11 attacks – why the CIA failed for so long to tell the White House and senior officials at the FBI that the agency was aware that two Al Qaeda terrorists had arrived in the United States in January 2000, just days after attending a terrorist summit meeting in Malaysia that the CIA had secretly monitored.
Some scientists say Fukushima is worse than the 1986 Chernobyl accident, with which it shares a maximum level-7 rating on the sliding scale of nuclear disasters. One of the most prominent of them is Dr Helen Caldicott, an Australian physician and long time anti-nuclear activist who warns of “horrors to come” in Fukushima.
Chris Busby, a professor at the University of Ulster known for his alarmist views, generated controversy during a Japan visit last month when he said the disaster would result in more than 1 million deaths. “Fukushima is still boiling its radionuclides all over Japan,” he said. “Chernobyl went up in one go. So Fukushima is worse.”
On the other side of the nuclear fence are the industry friendly scientists who insist that the crisis is under control and radiation levels are mostly safe. “I believe the government and Tokyo Electric Power [Tepco, the plant’s operator] are doing their best,” said Naoto Sekimura, vice-dean of the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. Mr Sekimura initially advised residents near the plant that a radioactive disaster was “unlikely” and that they should stay “calm”, an assessment he has since had to reverse.
Slowly, steadily, and often well behind the curve, the government has worsened its prognosis of the disaster. Last Friday, scientists affiliated with the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency said the plant had released 15,000 terabecquerels of cancer-causing Cesium, equivalent to about 168 times the 1945 atomic bombing of Hiroshima, the event that ushered in the nuclear age. (Professor Busby says the release is at least 72,000 times worse than Hiroshima).
