This is an amazing piece of information. It would be naive to think that some plans and strategies were not being considered regarding a possible attack on our country by China.
But this appears to be a significantly different scenario. This is about us and US attacking China. If I am correct in this surmise, the situation is absolutely insane.
The US is already insanely attacking countries all over the world, (Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, potentially Iran), to contemplate an attack on China would be a madness that is difficult to imagine.
For Australia to even consider participation in such madness is also beyond my comprehension. To be a party to such evil is an extreme insult to our people. Not to mention our Chinese residents and China itself. Remember, we are not talking about defence, but attack!
The likelihood of an unprovoked attack on Australia, by China, would seem minimal. They can already buy from us as much food and other resources as are possible for us to produce. They may desire more land to facilitate their huge growing population but would realize that the US would almost certainly offer to help defend us. They would have to be desperate. Surely China is no threat militarily to the US. Not that they might not have some destructive capability, but they would likely not have justification, unless themselves attacked. There lies the rub!
The US is its own worst enemy, one day they may realize this, and would do well to learn it sooner rather than later.
