Meditation Lessons

Meditation is worthwhile for everybody.

Meditation

Just saying this word to new cardiac rehabilitation patients would put them into a stress response. Meditate! Who has time for that? Yeah right some old hippy remedy, or what monks do.  I can’t do that. Most people don’t understand the purpose or how to meditate. Quieting the brain is the key to successful mediation. Many think they are relaxing when reading, watching television, or playing on the computer. These activities engage the brain they don’t quiet the brain. There are many benefits one can receive from meditation benefits:

1- It lowers oxygen consumption.
2- It decreases respiratory rate.
3- It increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.
4- Increases exercise tolerance.
5- Leads to a  deeper level of physical relaxation.
6- Good for people with high blood pressure.
7- Reduces anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of blood lactate.
8- Decreases muscle tension
9- Helps in chronic…

FEMA camps, Arming Government Utility Organizations and Fire-arm controls – Should we be concerned about these issues? Should we be scared?

FED - FEMA | Federal Emergency Management Agency

FED – FEMA | Federal Emergency Management Agency (Photo credit: Inventorchris)

Two articles published elsewhere this week, together with another recent one, describe authoritarian behaviour that seems to be bordering on the inconceivable. It is difficult to understand any plausible explanation for this behaviour, other than a deliberate, planned, blatant attack on the public’s freedom and a serious intent of the use of militant force, against the people. Some of us are asking why?

The explanation of this bureaucratic behaviour I have already described as inconceivable. How could it be possible for a higher authority to consider the ‘masses’ as dispensable in their own selfish quest for establishing a world that they control completely, a world achievable only by domination and annihilation of any opposition without any concept of justice, mercy and humanitarianism.  A world of plenty for the few and extinction of the many.

Surely impossible! Or is it?

I am regarded as a looney by some, maybe many. My viewpoints in this regard are shared by a great many, so I am not alone and have confidence in my viewpoints. I sincerely hope that I am wrong and that I live long enough to be proven so. But if right, it will be little consolation because the cost to human civilization will be great. A paradox, because I would not want to be alive in such a world.

So I hope that readers will give some thought to these claims and consider the possible reasons for the proposals. Any alternative reasons, or support for that matter, will be welcomed as comments on this post.

New Jersey: Old General Motors Plant Being Converted to an Active FEMA Camp Now

“As you are reading this a massive FEMA camp “tent city” is being erected north of Woodbridge, military guards are present and reports of black helicopters circulate throughout the town.”

This article contains inconclusive and contradictory information but the point is that the construction is taking place and that it is not effectively or satisfactorily assisting the homeless or displaced from the “Sandy” hurricane disaster. On  its own it may not be significant but check out:

U.S. Congress introduces bill ordering FEMA to conduct ‘mass fatality planning‘”

UN Arms Trade Treaty Gaining Ground As Globalists Scheme to Disarm the World

“More than 150 countries are represented at the conference where the UN hopes to finalize the ATT that will legally bind all nations of the world to their rules and regulations on gun control and individual gun ownership.

While using the illegal arms market as their platform of reform, the UN aims to override sovereign nations and their citizen’s rights to own firearms.”

A UN law to facilitate the disarming of the public, creating a criminal offence punishable by detention in lieu of “a right to carry fire-arms”.

Major General: Why Are Domestic Government Agencies Purchasing Enough Lethal Ammunition to Put 5 Rounds In Every American?

“The Social Security Administration (SSA) confirms that it is purchasing 174 thousand rounds of hollow point bullets to be delivered to 41 locations in major cities across the U.S.

Those against whom the hollow point bullets are to be used — those causing the civil unrest — must be American citizens; since the SSA has never been used overseas to help foreign countries maintain control of their citizens.

What would be the target of these 174, 000 rounds of hollow point bullets? It can’t simply be to control demonstrators or rioters. Hollow point bullets are so lethal that the Geneva Convention does not allow their use on the battle field in time of war. Hollow point bullets don’t just stop or hurt people, they penetrate the body, spread out, fragment and cause maximum damage to the body’s organs. Death often follows.”

And well may you ask – why this post, even if true? Why does it matter if the people realize the situation and its dangers? I have no answer, or answers. There is little that can be done to stop this, it is happening with the support of many government officials and others, none of whom can be expected to change their thinking.

But it is made easier for such actions when the public, in the main, are completely ignorant of these actions and the likely reasons for them.

The above measures being put into place render the masses virtually helpless. It is little satisfaction to know that one is correct in their assessments if the outcome is still an abomination. Further articles supporting this post are included in the ‘Related Articles’

Getting through the hard days

It would be nice to not need to learn from this.

Rehabilitate Your Heart

What do you do when you are having a hard day? Do you find yourself more emotional, snapping at everyone, crying frequently, using more tobacco or alcohol, eating more comfort foods? The ups and downs are a normal part of living with a chronic health condition. The challenge is to not allow the bad days to promote behaviors that can worsen your health or your relationships. Some days symptoms are more prevalent than others, those are the days to listen to your body and take it easy. Not every day is a record-setting day.

On the bad days consider:

  • What good things are happening in my life?
  • Is the situation really as bad as I perceive it?
  • What can I try to make things better?
  • Who can I talk to who will understand?
  • What is most important for me right now?

Bad days cause us to re-evaluate what is important on this day. What…

Reducing the risk for a second heart attack

Very relevant.

Rehabilitate Your Heart

Many patients come through their heart procedures and feel they are cured. Unfortunately for most, heart disease is a chronic progressive disorder of the arteries in which deposits of cholesterol, calcium, and abnormal cells (that is, plaques) build up on the inner lining of the arteries.  Heart disease usually progressively deteriorates over time, whether due to normal bodily wear or lifestyle choices such as exercise or eating habits. This is a hard concept to grasp, and it doesn’t mean it is a death sentence either.

You can do everything right and still have further heart issues.

When patients struggle with this, I point out doing everything right may be why they survived, as approximately 50% of people do not survive their first heart attack.   It is so important for each person to know their body’s signs and symptoms and not ignore them. We don’t really know what makes coronary artery disease…

Brainwashed Police Prosecute Parents to Protect Vaccines

This ‘VacTruth.com’ post by provides more evidence of the corruption in the vaccine industry and the associated dangers which are being obscured by the system.

This is not so much ‘brainwashing’ as it is coercion, a corruption of justice within the justice system. This is positive evidence supporting the claims of vaccination dangers and related cover-ups.

I have been very honored to work with retired Sergeant Christopher Savage of the Queensland Police Service during the past few months. Mr. Savage contacted me after watching the short film I recently published on VacTruth highlighting cases of false accusations of child abuse after vaccine injuries. [1] The evidence of sheer corruption he revealed sent shivers down my spine.

His papers confirm that the police are writing off cases of possible vaccine injury as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. They also highlight the fact that due to biased and inadequate training, the police are falsely accusing parents of manslaughter and Shaken Baby Syndrome and parents killing their own children because they have been brainwashed to search for signs of abuse, assault and foul play whenever a child dies.

How Zionist Empire Rebuild Countries After Invasion

“In 2003, still tumescent with post-9/11 rage and dreams of global glory, anything seemed possible to the men and women of the Bush administration, who would cite the German and Japanese examples of just what the US could do as they entered Iraq. Following what seemed like a swift military defeat of the Taliban in Afghanistan, the plan had gotten big and gone long. It was nothing less than this: remake the entire Middle East in the American image.”

♥ The Tale Of My Heart ♥

How Zionist Empire Rebuild Countries After Invasion

Why has the US spent so much money and time “so disastrously trying to rebuild occupied nations abroad”?

Some images remain like scars on my memory. One of the last things I saw in Iraq, where I spent a year with the Department of State helping squander some of the $44bn American taxpayers put up to “reconstruct” that country, were horses living semi-wild among the muck and garbage of Baghdad.

Those horses had once raced for Iraqi autocrat Saddam Hussein and seven years after their “liberation” by the American invasion of 2003, they were still wandering that unraveling, unreconstructed urban landscape looking, like many other Iraqis, for food.

I flew home that same day, a too-rapid change of worlds, to a country in which the schools of my hometown in Ohio could not afford to pay teachers a decent wage. Once great…
